Return & Refund Policy

At McCann’s Medical, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

You may return items in one of the following ways:

  • In-store: Returns are accepted at any McCann’s Medical location

  • By mail: Items may be shipped back at the customer’s expense

If returning by mail, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care or hygiene products (including incontinence items)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges for unused items within the 60-day return window. Please visit a store or contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties. McCann’s Medical will assist in coordinating warranty claims when applicable, but warranty coverage, terms, and timelines are determined by the manufacturer. In some cases the manufacturer does not cover labor. 

Oregon Consumer Notice

This return policy is provided in accordance with applicable Oregon consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under state law.
